Since 1983, TEC-SIM manufactures bespoke stainless steel pressure vessels. Over the years, TEC-SIM has achieved a leadership position in the custom production of freeze-drying chambers for the pharmaceutical industry and reactors for the chemical industry, becoming a primary supplier of the most important international groups.
We took over this leading company in a niche market with the potential for a further growth in 2022. Our target is to guarantee a generation transition with a growth to the company, also by expanding the range of products and markets.

Based in Cape Verde, Davinci Imobiliária is a company of international investors who have developed real estate business in the African country for over 20 years. They have recently completed an investment in the freehold of 13.000 square metres of seashore in island of São Vicente.
Arena Da Vinci is a unique piece of land in the iconic fishermen village of Salamansa. It's the perfect scenery for a project of sustainable architecture, such as a boutique hotel, a luxury holiday resort or an exclusive villa compound.
Reflexallen Spa
Established in 1988 in Modena (Italy), where the Group has still its Headquarters, Reflexallen Group is an automotive Tier 1 supplier. With their five different divisions (pneumatic, electrical, fluid power, safety devices and special composites), the Group employs more than 1,000 people worldwide (Italy, Germany, Ireland, UK, Brazil, USA, China, India and Japan).
We took over a minority share and handled the responsibility for the UK subsidiary. It's been a great pleasure to contribute to the success of the Group for almost ten years.

Producer of luxury hampers, Hay Hampers is an independent British company founded in 1984 to make gifts for the niche market of foodies. Their extensive collection of gourmet hampers is a celebration of artisan and independent food and wine production from all over the world.
Since 2014 when we took over the company, Hay Hampers has reported a steady and consistent growth, becoming a well-recognized brand in the upmarket gift industry and one of the most successful hamper companies in the UK. Acquired by an international food group at the end of 2020.
Fuart Srl
The only 1800 mm large lorry that can carry 10 ton gross weight. Fuart has been designed to pass through and work in restricted areas. Of Italian conception, this vehicle is ideal for a number of applications such as sweepers, water jetting, vacuum systems, cranes, and refuse collectors.
We were among the founders of this innovative lorry brand. We supported the project and developed this unique truck up to the launch into the European market. Successful exit after three years.
